To write up another complaint due to S&S (don't know what it stands for) stating that I do not have bases on the issues I have been trying to have them fix since one year and four months ago, but according to local warranty people S&S came out and inspected the issues but found it (curb) to be bone dry. If they are so confident on their inspection result why is it they have to come out secretively without notifying me to be there to explain what is really happening (they probably went to the wrong address), just like their warranty service people they want to ignore the issue so as not to take responsibility for their mistake and for them to ignore and avoid this long tells me they are waiting for me to drop the issue, but 2-3 inches deep standing water problem is extreme to ignore, more they ignore this issue will not make existing issue go away. It's going to be uphill for sure, if this issue consumes my life of fighting to get crooked company (CALATLANTIC) to honor their warranty and promise to fix this issue, it will be worth it. On other issue I had written with shower floor buckling issue, finally after three months of contacting and mentioning to have my lawyer handle it, they sent out plumber to fix the floor (so badly installed plumber had to completely ripped out the floor and replace it and installed it solid as rock) then tile people were send by the CALATLANTIC installed the tiles and what a terrible job they left it, they did not grout and caulked to complete the job and when they left told us we can use the shower by that night. make this story short I finished the job by grouting and caulking where floor seam meets the tile (wall) costing money that I should have not spend, but I was worried that they will take another three months for them to fix it. I am not going to said they resolved the issue on the review (half *** job is not complete by any means).

I will still stand by the comment I have made earlier, if at all possible DO NOT PURCHASE anything from CALATLANTIC either be house, condo, townhouse and whatever they offer.

I will not recommend even to my worst of enemy.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Totally agree on the grading issue... I had to stand in front of the sales office speaking to potential buyers before my warranty problems were given serious action.... Just a thought...
