Worst warranty: Ryland Homes warranty
Ryland home warranty is the worst 3 days without AC in Houston Texas, in September, it took them 3 entire days to fix the AC this is unacceptable, I called the emergency warranty but This โemergencyโ service is not a benefit if this is how you treat an emergency. I have attempted to call this morning and waited on hold for an extensive period of time. I am very dissatisfied with the service they are providing, cannot contact them or they never contacted me, it doesn't worth to have a type of service like this.
I have 3 kids and a elderly family memember that had to suffer from this too, I loved the house but worst warranty service here in the Katy area.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

You endured 3 days of hot weather without A/C. We only had to endure a long 7 days during an extremely hot Labor day weekend in Atlanta.
And the warranty people excuses were the same, "Ryland policy" doesn't allow us to call another company. Do you know who is building their houses? The illegals who have NO CLUE what they're doing.
The most inept people and the worse experience for us. SHAME ON YOU, RYLAND
