I purchased the Ryland Homes house in 2012. The first time I had trouble with the AC unit was within the first year, at that time I was told that the unit had a gas leak.
At that time it cost me $53 in repairs. Now during the second year compressor and fan motor needs to be replaced which would cost me $1280 to get it replaced. I'm not happy that I have to spend $1280 for a unit that's only two years old.
The quality of AC unit is very poor. My old house was built in 1997 and I had lived in that house for 11 year, free of troubles like these.
Monetary Loss: $1400.
